YES! It has games and activities!

My GT six-year-old LOVES this book. If your child loves to mix batter, watch eggs cook, etc, it is a good time for them to learn kitchen independence and increase follow-the-directions skills. It's time for them to cook! (...With guidance, of course.) The number of games and activities are extraordinary. This is my son's favorite book right now.
Me: Do you want to be a chef?
Son: Challenge accepted.
