A nice book to help children process bullying

I was sent a copy of this book in order to review it. It is essentially set up as a self-help book full of different activities and worksheets to help children/adolescents work on topics related to bullying and improving self-confidence. Some of the worksheets nicely augment activities I do in session with my clients or could be used as a way for parents to help children practice similar ideas between sessions. Similarly, this book could be helpful to some families for a parent to help a child/adolescent start talking about experiences of bullying or to preventively develop skills to reduce the likelihood of bullying in the future.

Amazing resource for all kids!

This book (and the whole series) is such a wonderful resource for regulating emotions and learning how to deal with them in practical, fun ways! I love that it’s both doodling and journaling and can span across many ages! A must-have in every home!
