Beautiful read aloud!

Beautiful illustrations (great for learning shapes) that tell the story of not quite fitting on, yet still learning lessons along the way. Would be great for a class read aloud!

Love this story!

My twins are 2.5 and we love this bedtime story! Such a sweet message and great pictures! We have such fun conversations and also work to learn colors and shapes! 

Unleashing Readers

I love so much about this book! First, it is about fitting in and how fitting in doesn’t always mean everyone is the same (and actually that we’re all better when we’re surrounded by differences). Also, it is a great math book as it looks at shapes and patterns. Math AND SEL?! What a wonderful combo for an elementary classroom!

PSLA Literature Review

A cute story with a strong positive message about acceptance and inclusion, this book would be an excellent addition to any elementary collection.
