What a great way to help our son

This is a great book to help our son understand what he's feeling.  Once he understood that he was angry, he was able to calm down.  This book is cute and has nice strategies to help children.  Absolutely a 5 star book!

This book is great!

My 7yr old son with ASD has a hard time explaining his feeling and would often call what he was feeling something else. After reading this book it has helped him so much in understanding his feelings. The activities are a big help too!
